When necessary, constructive feedback is also provided. Sustainability is also the second part of the feedback, which is accompanied by proposed solutions and a plan for the expected success in the next stages. Athletes are not only thought about in terms of physical performance, but they are also faced with a host of other intelligence and psychological factors. Principle 4: Trackable performance metrics and ongoing learning: The coaches measure the impact of the programs through performance indicators.
