RTÉ Sport will air eight live Allianz League fixtures in 2025, with the action kicking off on Saturday, 25 January, when last year’s All-Ireland Football finalists Galway and Armagh meet in Salthill. The match will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player, with Damian Lawlor joined by experts Peter Canavan and Tomás Ó Sé for the commentary from Pearse Stadium.
The following weekend, on Saturday, 1 February, Armagh will again be in the spotlight as they face Ulster rivals Tyrone at the Athletic Grounds. This fixture will also be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
The Allianz Hurling League will take centre stage on Saturday, 8 February, when Wexford hosts Kilkenny in Wexford Park. The upcoming live fixtures promise exciting matchups across both football and hurling, continuing RTÉ’s extensive coverage of the Allianz League.
Allianz League Sunday will return on Sunday, 26 January, with live highlights and analysis of the weekend’s football and hurling games on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player. Hosted by Joanne Cantwell, the show will feature a panel of guests including Anthony Daly, Ciaran Whelan, Enda McGinley, and Liam Sheedy. The show will continue airing every Sunday up until 30 March, providing highlights of the League finals.

The RTÉ GAA Podcast will return with its first episode on Thursday, 23 January, offering further insights and analysis on the Allianz League season.
